Nilantha, in particular, deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our queries were addressed and even helped arrange a memorable safari trip for us. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for our safari adventure. It provided easy access to the National Park, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the magnificent wildlife. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms with their effective air-conditioning, making our stay even more pleasant. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was delicious and provided a great start to our day of exploration.

The hotel offers lots of delicious food. the staff throughout the hotel are knowledgeable and experienced. - Its location is convenient, being close to the Elephant Transit Home, Safari park, city center, and Sinharaja rainforest.
